Friends from all over the world gathered together at the beautiful Hotel Son Claret to celebrate a 3 day long birthday weekend. My clients decided they wanted a Hotel that could easily fit all of their guests comfortably with exclusivity to transform it completely for one night.
I concepted the event from the beginning to the last possible drop of gin consumed on the night of the big party. I worked with a local illustrator to create an invitation and mood for the birthday, each guest got beautiful gifts of local & artisanal goods left in the rooms. All elements was managed by myself, and together with my clients we planned the most amazing celebration that was planned one year in advance to ensure we could secure the best suppliers, vendors and artists the island has to offer.
