New York City may have had the Cronut but here in Mallorca we are devouring these Cruffins. I was never one who liked heavy muffins so this combination of Croissant / Muffin is a match made in pastry heaven. Trust me, they are delicious and worth the extra cardio time at the gym the next day. Plus, you can't just try one... look how many different flavors they have!

Here's the truth, we didn't just stop at just one Cruffin, we also splurged on a savory piece of focaccia bread.
The shop is very small and specializes in very few things, which in my opinion is the way to go. They make an exceptional product and it's because all of their time is spent perfecting it. I'm already looking forward to going back to try the croissant twist and hoping they make me a large bag of those mini pretzels dipped in chocolate to go! That wasn't a hint!!!!
