Where We EAT: Kurobota, Santa Catalina (Palma)

Exquisite food coming out of this fresh, new kitchen in the Santa Catalina District of Palma. But since we're on a bit of a cocktail kick lately we couldn't resist but trying a few of the very creative options on the menu. The Sencha Meets Elderflower was the perfect balance of healthy and fun as it felt like you were dining with The Mad Hatter himself. Tea Cup not included!

Where We EAT: La 5ª Puñeta, Palma de Mallorca

La 5ª Puñeta may not look like much but it's the perfect place to start an evening. There are just a few hightop tables so grab one, order a Wine or Caña and call up your friends. This is a place to socialize, forget about the work day and most importantly snack!

Where We Eat: Restaurante Sebastian, Deià

My love of Deià only grows stronger after every visit, and it's easy to see why so many people are wanting to invest in property here. After attending a special dinner at La Residencia earlier this year I've been making it a point to try each of the Chefs Restaurants who have shaped this tiny, yet mighty village.

Where We EAT: Bistró del Jardín, Alcúdia.

I have never realized it, but the other day was my first time in Alcúdia, and quickly after parking the car I knew why. I was dressed for a casual lunch, summer cotton dress with lace accents and my black wedge espadrilles when around me I was surrounded by men with no shirts on, women in skimpy bathing suits and I almost ran past the entrance of Bistró del Jardín. Let's just say, the Bistro is right in the heart of it!

Where We EAT: Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Ca's Xorc, Sóller.

Paella Sunday is beyond our wildest dreams at this location in Sóller! We decided on a roadtrip through the tunnel and on the other side of Palma de Mallorca. I always enjoy this drive, as you pass by all the almond tree fields, then after an extremely long tunnel you enter to the land of Oranges in Sóller! This drive is best done during the spring time when everything is blooming and the almond flowers make a bed of white petals that remind you it's still the winter season!

Where We EAT: Ca's Patro March, Cala Deià.

I'll let you in on a little secret, I do not like driving windy roads in the north of the island. I'm not one for a scary drive and I drive slowly with caution. Which only means that the locals don't like me because I'm extra careful around turns and tourists don't like me because something my turns are wider then they should be. With that aside I can say that I love Cala Deià because it is one of the easier drives for me. (note; I said easier)

Where We EAT: Casa Manolo, Ses Salines.

We're here to tell you how we're on a mission to find you the best paella on the island of Mallorca! We have to tell you honestly how on our first attempt we failed. We came to Casa Manolo to try their fish stews and made the mistake not to call 24 hours in advance to order one and make a reservation. Complete amateur hour on our behalf, although the evening was not wasted and we discovered something great.

Where We EAT: Ponderosa Beach Club, Playa de Muro.

Let's be honest, there are a lot of beaches here in Mallorca and there never seems to be enough time. This year I am finally branching out of my Top 3 Favorite Beaches and exploring the island more. To my surprise I found a lovely stretch of white sandy beach I have always thought would be "too touristy". That the food at the local Chringuito wouldn't be tasty and creative. I have no idea what took me so long, but I'm glad I have found, Ponderosa Beach.

Where We EAT: S'Arenal Gran, PortoColom.

We want to let you in a little secret. There is an amazing Chiringuito in PortoColom just across the harbour. S'Arenal Gran despite it's name is not a large beach at all, although it's the larger of the two beaches in this little village. Most people come here to rent a boat, walk the harbour and eat at the many restaurants by the little shops. Stop!
