Arroz Meloso, this is what I came here for and this is what I could not get enough of. This would be the more delicious cousin of the beloved dish, Paella. The only difference is that this is a brothy rice dish where in my own personal opinion makes everything more rich and concentrated with flavor.

Read MoreWe love a good Brunch on a lazy Sunday. We remember days when we lived in NYC and the highlight of the week was gathering with friends, ordering Bloody Mary's (or Mimosa's) and towers of pancakes, and any style of benedict with perfectly poached eggs. But what pains me the most is how each patty is made with a mix of different meat, usually not having the right amount of fat content or adding in bread for filler, resulting in mama's style meatloaf. I'm sorry but sometimes I just want a In-and-Out Burger, or when in NYC a ShakeShack Burger, they just know how to deliver a classic.
