Where We EAT: Badal Burger, Palma de Mallorca.

When it comes to burgers I have come to realize that nobody in Europe will make a truly American Style all Beef Burger. They like to be creative, add hunks of goats cheese pairing it with a tangy cranberry relish because that is how they see their version of a burger. But what pains me the most is how each patty is made with a mix of different meat, usually not having the right amount of fat content or adding in bread for filler, resulting in mama's style meatloaf. I'm sorry but sometimes I just want a In-and-Out Burger, or when in NYC a ShakeShack Burger, they just know how to deliver a classic.
