Where We EAT: Patrón Lunares, Palma de Mallorca.

Consistency is key at this beautiful decorated Restaurant at the tail end of what I like to call Restaurant Row in Santa Catalina. As you walk down the busy Calle de la Fábrica you are hit with so many smells you are tempted to just sit down at the most crowded place thinking it's the one with the best food. Obviously if you want a specific cuisine you will find it in Santa Catalina, the options are vast. But if you want a place that has a creative menu, fun and original cocktails with an interior that clearly is above all the rest you stop at Patrón Lunares.

I tend to order a few small starters so it gives my palate new and exciting flavors to enjoy. Paired with a classic margarita, salt rim and all I was in culinary heaven.

Saturday's they are one of the few places that has a great Brunch menu, although I wish would offer a tasty Bloody Mary (hint, hint). Great for groups of friends as the inside space is quite large. I highly recommend the Fish Moqueca for 2 persons, which is a Brazilian Fish Stew and approved by my friend Brazilian friend Marcelo, whom I wholeheartedly trust on this! Add the Yuca Fries and you'll feel like you have been transported to the Amazon by way of Mallorca.
